The Blog Gets it's Name Changed

I think later on I will make another blog with just anime/manga stuff. So I will leave this blog for electronics and games, and other stuff too.

TV downgrades

First I had a 1984 19" RCA, then a 1999 19" Broksonic (terrible TV, no av inputs WTH?), then a 2003 27" RCA, then a 2005 21" Samsung, and now I put the samsung TV aside (at least for now) and im using the 1994 13" Sony. The reason I like it so much is because it has great picture and it's very small so it takes up less space.

Some Good Finds!

Today I found some pretty good stuff! Here is what I got today.

 Ecco The Dolphin (Sega Genesis) This game was 5 dollars at a thrift store

 The manual is in decent condition.

 And the cartridge is really good too. I havent been able to test it because I don't currently have my genesis hooked up, but once I hook it up I will definitely test it.

 
Then I went to the salvation army and found this stuff.

 And now for some PS2 games I got! (sorry, this pic got messed up)

 Namco Museum (PS2) this game was 2.99 with 25 percent off!

And it works great! This TV was also only 10 dollars! It is a nice addition to my 20" samsung from 2005. Thanks for reading!

Along with those speakers, I found a very strange DVD last week. It's an anime called Rozen Maiden. But it's not the funimation dub. It's the japanese version!! I found it at a thrift store called Savers,

 Yes! It works perfectly, and it even has english subtitles! Here are more pictures that prove it works perfectly.

My Yamaha Speakers

Last week, I got a great deal on some nice Yamaha Speakers (yes, the creators of vocaloid). The work very well and you wont belive how much I got them for! 20 dollars for both of them toghether!!! I am NOT kidding! Such a great deal!

Power Joy PJ-008 Famicom Pirate Review

 Hello, today I will be review this pirated famicom multicart. It contains 84 official and unlicensed famicom games all on 1 cartridge.

 It has a black cartridge with no holes on the top.

 Even though it was ment to be played on a famiclone, it works fine on a famicom.

 Make sure its on 95.

 Now to the games!

1. 80 Days (Puss N Boots?)

This could be puss n boots for the nes, but I have no clue.

2. 1942

Its 1942 by capcom, not much to say.

3. Arkanoid

Its Taitos breakout clone arkanoid, and its alot better than breakout.

4. Aladdin III

Its just a pirated clone of Magic Carpet 1001 by Mega Soft. And no title screen ether.

5. Argus

 Just some space shooter, I dont know who made it.

6. Adventure Island

I forgot to take a picture of the title screen, but it's the japanese title screen.

7. ASCII

 Some sort of animal ping pong game.

8. Arabian (Super Arabian?)

A game where you fight on a boat or something.

9. Badminton (Super Dynamix Badminton)

 Its just badminton, not much else to say.

10. Baltron

A side scrolling space shooter.

11. B-Wings

Similar to 1942.

12. Balloon Fight

Ahh, Balloon fight. The first NES game I ever played, and a great game!!

13. Bird Week

BOOOOORING!

14. Boom Man (Bomberman)

Just a title screen hack of Bomberman, no other differences.

15. BrushRoller

A hack of Mega Soft's Bookyman.

16. Clay Shoot

Just Clay Shoot from duck hunt.

17. Chack N Pop

I forgot to take a picture of the gameplay, but I believe it is by Taito.

18. Circus Charlie

A pretty fun famicom game by Konami.

19. City Connection

Since it has the japanese title screen I believe you play as a girl in this version.

20. Challenger

Wow! The only game that still has the company on the title screen!

21. Dig Dug

Yay! Dig Dug on an NES without virtual console!

22. Dough Boy

Nothing to do with the phyllsberry doughboy, just some war game.

23. Druaga (Tower OD Druaga)

The Famicom only port of the arcade game Tower Of Druaga.

24. Devil World

A decent pacman clone, but devil world wasnt released in the USA because it has religious crosses.

25. DingDong

A sprite hack of hudson's Binary Land, nothing else is changed.

26. Door Door

A decent puzzle game by Enix.

27. Dynamite Bowl

A bowling game.

28. Elevator Action

Its elevator action by Taito, not much to say.

29. Exerion

A Unique space shooter by Jaleco.

30. Formation Z

Oops! I forgot to take pictures of it. They will come soon.

31. Front Line

Once again, I forgot to take a title screen pic. But this game is awful.

32. Fire Dragon

Its a clone of surround on the atari 2600.

33. Flappy

Some puzzle game.

34. Flipull

Some puzzle game by Taito.

35. Field Combat

A game where your a UFO obducting people.

36. Galaga

Not much to say.

37. Galg

Some other weird space shooter.

38. Geimos

The whole space shooter fad is really getting old isnt it?

39. Gyrodine

Nope, not gyromite. Just some war game. I have been looking for a multicart with gyromite on it for a long time. I am pretty sure there are multicarts with it on it but there very rare.

40. Gotcha! The Sport

Ugh! Not an LJN game.

41. Galaxian

Not much to say...

42. Gradius

 Probably the best space shooter on the whole cartridge, just awesome.

43. Hyper Olympic (Track and Field)

This game keeps freezing!

44. Joust

I prefer balloon fight.

45. Karateka

Better than the 7800 version.

46. Kage (The Legend Of Kage)

By taito, seems like an ok game.

A Pool game by Compile.

Based on the anime, seems like a decent shooter.

Another Classic.

Pretty good famicom game by Jaleco, and its on virtual console.

55. Nuts and Milk

An awesome hudson soft game. And its makes me hungry.

56. Othello (Bit Corp/HES)

The Akklaim version was better.

57. Pac Land

 The controls are messed up!!


58. Pandamar

A pretty awesome super mario bros hack starring a panda.

61. Penguin

 This game sucks.

62. Route 16

A rally x clone.

63. Raid on Bay (Raid on Bungeling Bay)

A good shooter by Activision/

64. Road Fighter

A very fun racing game by Konami.

65. Soccer

Its weird that they changed the copyright to "98FIFA SOCCER"

66. Sky Destoryer

Another taito game I belive.

67. Space ET (Space Invaders)

It's the moment we have all been waiting for, SPACE INVADERS ON THE NES!!

68. Star Gate

 The opening theme is stolen from Punch out, and its a defender clone.

69. Star Force

One of hudsons great shooters.

70. Son Son

Some dumb monkey game.

71. Spartan X (Kung Fu)

Another classic.

72. Spelunker

A game with nice funky music.

73. Spy VS Spy

An interesting game.

74. Sqoon

A rare game by Irem.

75. Star Luster

This game sucks.

76. Tag Team

Some WWF game or something.

77. Tank (Battle City)

A very fun famicom game.

78. TwinBee

My personal favorite out of the whole cartridge. Very fun.

79. Wresting (MUSCLE)

Based on an anime and action figures, but this is the worst nes wresting game.

80. Wrecking Crew

The game with mario on the cartridge. And a very fun game!

81. Wisdom Boy

Some unlicensed puzzle game.

82. Warp Man

Some Namco game.

83. Xevious

Yay! No purple title screen! A great namco shooter.

84. Zippy Race

Kinda like road fighter but not quite as good.

Wow! that was alot of work! Oh well, if there are any mistakes hopefully I can fix them.
